At our daughter’s church -I ran into old neighbors (former UMC), friends from high school (former Lutherans) and another set of friends who left the UMC. There’s an exodus of non-woke leaving the woke churches and forming new non-denominational churches.
The Anglican Church [Church of England] has been flirting with Socialism since at least the late 1880s. The reason they are all going woke is because they have all long been affiliated with the World Council of Churches which is an Ecumenical moment with the Catholic Church behind it. This Catholic and WCC agenda goes back many decades, but especially since Vatican 2 in the 1960s.
This is all prophetic as well. The papacy is the Beast described in Daniel and Revelation and it is the aim of the papacy to regain world religious control, but this time through her apostate daughter Churches, such as the ones you mentioned, and more .
Everything you see around us today, the push for wokeism, LGBTQ, feminism, abortion, racism, migrations, Socialism/Communism, and more, all comes from the WCC agenda. And the Papacy and WCC work in this agenda together. I was just reading their documents on their website, last week.
